延安福彩综合服务楼装修设计项目位于延安新区北区鲁艺小镇东北角的N4楼，小镇北侧紧邻上海东路，西侧为金明大街，南侧为在建的生态公园，本次装修设计的建筑为三层框架结构，面积约平米，主要功能为中国福利彩票文化在延安的展示“窗口”。
